These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are between you and Dina Innovations and govern your access to and use of:

1. Acceptance

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you disagree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use DinaHub. DinaHub is intended for adults in India and is not directed to minors. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account registration

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Report unauthorized access to security@dinainnovations.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others
• Post or distribute illegal, abusive, or infringing content
• Bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
• Use automated means to scrape, spam, or disrupt the Services
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, display, transmit, and moderate content solely to operate the Services and enforce our policies.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations. Appeals may be submitted via Support.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including software and branding, are owned by Dina Innovations or its licensors. These Terms do not grant ownership rights.

8. Third-party services

DinaHub may offer Google Sign-In for authentication. Google Sign-In is used only for authentication—we do not access other Google services on your behalf. See our Google Sign-In disclosure.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that all harmful content or conduct will be prevented.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dina Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Dina Innovations against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Account deletion is described on our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
